Laser Tattoo Removal
Advanced laser technology for unwanted ink
Change your mind? We can help with that.
Our laser tattoo removal is performed with the Cutera enlighten III - a dual-wavelength picosecond and nanosecond laser designed to break down tattoo ink more efficiently than older systems.
Using picosecond laser technology, enlighten III is designed to target tattoo pigment while allowing treatments to be tailored according to the tattoo's size, colour, age and location.
Every treatment begins with a personalised consultation to assess your tattoo, discuss expected treatment progression and create an individual treatment plan.

How It Works
The enlighten III laser delivers ultra-short picosecond pulses that break tattoo ink into smaller particles, allowing the body's natural processes to gradually clear the fragmented pigment over time.
Dual wavelengths allow different ink colours and depths to be targeted, with settings adjusted to your tattoo's age, colours, depth and location.
Treatments are spaced weeks apart to allow the body time to process the fragmented ink.

Frequently Asked Questions?
What tattoos can be treated?
Treatment may be suitable for many professional, amateur and cosmetic tattoos. Your practitioner will assess your tattoo during consultation.
How many treatments will I need?
It varies with ink colour, density, depth, age of the tattoo, its location and your skin. Most tattoos need a course of sessions spaced apart. Your clinician will give you a realistic estimate at consultation.
Can all ink colours be removed?
Dark inks such as black typically respond best. The enlighten III's dual wavelengths allow a range of colours to be targeted, though some shades are more stubborn than others. Your clinician will assess your tattoo and set realistic expectations.
When will I see results?
Tattoo removal is a gradual process. Your practitioner will discuss expected treatment intervals and timelines during consultation.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe the treatment as similar to the sensation of a rubber band snapping against the skin.
Where appropriate, a topical anaesthetic may be available to help improve your treatment experience. Your practitioner will discuss your comfort options during your consultation.
Where is your clinic and where can I park?
