CQ Aesthetics is owned and led by Senior Registered Nurse, Jess Welsh. Jess has been nursing since the age of 15 and has continued to educate and upskill over the years working in the industry. Her interest in cosmetic procedures and facial aesthetics led to further training and study with Australia’s top learning institutions (AACDS), completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing & Dermal Science in 2015.
Jess has 8 years of hands-on experience in the cosmetic industry and prides herself in providing safe and natural results. Jess is not afraid of ongoing education and continues to learn new techniques, and upskilling. She is not only known for her wealth of knowledge, but is known for her comforting nature and bedside manner which will have you feeling at ease from the moment you walk through the doors. Jess is a huge advocate for creating a beautiful natural result.
Maddison

Maddy has been a Registered Nurse for the past 5 years, working in the hospital environment she developed a passion for aesthetics and became a Cosmetic Injector.
Mentored by clinic founder Jess Welsh, Maddy strongly believes in delivering natural but real results, safely and effectively. She prides herself on making clients feel and look their best. Maddy is currently undertaking her post graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing & Dermal Science to further her education on skin and advanced injectable techniques.
Abbey
SKIN THERAPIST, LASER TECHNICIAN
Abbey has worked within the skin and laser industry for over six years. After completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in Victoria, she relocated to Rockhampton where she has continued to excel in her career with CQ Aesthetics.
Passionate about skin health and delivering exceptional client outcomes, Abbey is committed to ongoing education and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science to further expand her knowledge and expertise in skin.
With a special interest in Skin Needling and a comprehensive understanding of skincare and advanced treatments, Abbey is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin goals. Her gentle touch, industry expertise, and genuine care ensure every client feels listened to, understood, and supported throughout their journey.
Wendy
SKIN THERAPIST AND TRAINEE LASER TECHNICIAN
Wendy brings a genuine passion for skin health and shares the commitment to excellence that defines CQ Aesthetics.
Committed to ongoing education, she is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science to further expand her knowledge and clinical expertise in skin.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional care and results, Wendy approaches every treatment with genuine attention to detail and a personalised approach. Her intentional touch leaves clients feeling supported, cared for, and confident throughout every stage of their skin journey.
